Return & Exchange Policy
At Hippo Family Brand Store, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing a seamless and transparent return and exchange experience. Please review our policy below:
- On-the-Spot Return or Exchange: Customers are entitled to return or exchange items directly with the delivery representative at the time of receipt.
- Post-Delivery Return or Exchange: Once the delivery agent has left, returns or exchanges may still be processed. The customer must ship the item back to our warehouse address at their own responsibility and expense. Once the item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions, the return or exchange will be approved accordingly.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
- Time-frame: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipping date.
All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
