  • Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via a phone call from our Customer Service team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
  • Processing Time: Orders are dispatched starting from the next business day following confirmation.
  • Delivery Time-frame:
    1. For Cairo and Alexandria, delivery is typically completed within 2 to 3 business days.

    2. For other governorates, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.

Our team is dedicated to handling your order with care and efficiency. You will be notified once your package is shipped, along with any relevant tracking details.

Shipping Rates

We strive to offer fair and transparent shipping rates while ensuring your order reaches you safely and promptly. Shipping fees are calculated based on your location as follows:

  • Cairo & Alexandria: Shipping fees range from EGP 60 to EGP 70.
  • Delta Governorates (e.g. Gharbia, Dakahlia, Menoufia, etc.): Shipping fees range from EGP 70 to EGP 80.
  • Canal Governorates (e.g. Ismailia, Suez, Port Said): Shipping fees range from EGP 70 to EGP 80.
  • Upper Egypt (e.g. Assiut, Sohag, Luxor, Aswan): Shipping fees range from EGP 90 to EGP 110.

Please note: Final shipping charges may vary slightly depending on the weight, volume, or size of the order. Exact fees will be confirmed during the order confirmation call.
