• Delivery Time-frame:

1. For Cairo and Alexandria, delivery is typically completed within 2 to 3 business days.
2. For other governorates, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.

• On-the-Spot Return or Exchange: Customers are entitled to return or exchange items directly with the delivery representative at the time of receipt.
• Post-Delivery Return or Exchange: Once the delivery agent has left, returns or exchanges may still be processed.
