• Order Confirmation: All orders are confirmed via a phone call from our Customer Service team to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.
• Processing Time: Orders are dispatched starting from the next business day following confirmation.
• Delivery Time-frame:

1. For Cairo and Alexandria, delivery is typically completed within 2 to 3 business days.
2. For other governorates, please allow 3 to 4 business days for delivery.

• On-the-Spot Return or Exchange: Customers are entitled to return or exchange items directly with the delivery representative at the time of receipt.
• Post-Delivery Return or Exchange: Once the delivery agent has left, returns or exchanges may still be processed. The customer must ship the item back to our warehouse address at their own responsibility and expense. Once the item is received and inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions, the return or exchange will be approved accordingly.
• Refunds: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
• Time-frame: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original shipping date.
